At Simply Nam, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, we accept returns or exchanges only for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Our quality control team will review your request and the provided images to verify the defect or damage against our shipping standards.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the item is packed in its original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.
- 4.Resolution
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
